To all the new and old mommies, remember your body goes through so many changes during pregnancy and childbirth. Be patient. I am making gradual lifestyle changes and refuse to stress myself out(especially after the pregnancy I had lol). Instead I use this time to bond with my family and our precious princess and make lifestyle changes that will last. Let your baby be the main focus. I promise it is so much more rewarding than any glance in the mirror, measurement around your waist or number on the scale!
