It’s only far that when I share a cooking video on my YouTube channel I create some equally tasty content for my blog. Okay..y nos encanta chips y dip en mi casa, es cierto! De hecho, tengo un montón de jalepenos de mi jardín lo que significa que tendremos una taco night mañana.
English- We love chips, my garden is bountiful with jalapeños, and that means taco nights. Ha!
Now if you read my Hawaiian BBQ (Vegan + Gluten Free) post; link here, you know I love pineapple. I love it plain, I love it cooked, I love it in salsa. When you add pineapple to salsa you get a juicy texture and sweet flavor that’s like a mini celebration in your mouth. And who doesn’t need a little celebration on a Saturday? This is so easy, let’s talk ingredients and dive in!
3 Avocados Pitted
1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
1 Jalepeno- Stem and seeds removed, minced. (If you’re brave leave the seeds)
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves
1 1/2 cup Diced Pineapple
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
*Optional-dash of cracked black pepper
In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth or slightly chunky.
Stir in the remainder of the ingredients.
Mash everything together to your desired chunkiness. Don’t be afraid to really get into the pineapple too, you’re infusing the flavor with the guac!
Garnish with cilantro and devour, I mean enjoy!
*Save for later by wrapping with plastic wrap and refrigerating.
